Default N54 - O2 Sensor Codes - Need Advice

I've been working through some leaking fuel injectors. With the price of new injectors, I've been swapping used injectors in to try to solve the problem. I know I was running for several months with three leaking injectors, which I think I've finally solved, but now I'm getting 29F4 DME Catalytic Converter Conversion 29F5 DME Catalytic Converter Conversion 2 Codes, which seems to point to a downstream O2 sensor problem. I scanned live data from the O2 sensors on a recent highway drive after the car fully warmed up - and one of the O2 sensors seems to have a wierd signal pattern - dropping to 0 on the scan tool. I'm hoping that this may be the problem, easy enough to swap out two O2 sensors, just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this. See screenshots of the scan graphs below.

An O² sensor reaching 0 volts is not really an issue. It only becomes a problem over time (like 8 - 9 secs) @ 0 VDC would be an issue.
