Mystic Blue is beautiful. More cleaning sure, but it's a labour of love. I wash my car (by hand) at least once a week and california duster many mornings. Regardless of colour, muted or bold, a clean car is worth the effort.

CRRobert,

Your car and particularly the wheels looks fab, but those mudflaps are horrible!

Also for some reason you need spacers for the rear wheels.

Picked up my Mystic Blue baby on 12/20/05 and have never regretted the colour. I wash mine by hand each week & have polished the car just once this past week (I always leave new cars 6 weeks before polishing). My last three cars have all been silver and the one before that white, white doesnt show up dust as bad as other colours espeacially dark colours but it sure shows up tar marks unlike Mystic Blue. Enjoy the car, whatever the colour its still an E60.

I have the mystic blue and looked long and hard for it. Once I saw it I fell in love with it and didn't mind waiting to get what I really wanted. Now that I have it everyone, yes everyone comments on the color.

same here...when I ordered my first e60 (mystic blue) was back when they just came out(sept 2003). There were NO e60's in neither of the dealers i visited. So, not only i did not know what the color would look like, I did not have any clue what the new model actually looked like comparing to my E39.
