MY2005 E60 Leather and Xeon

Hi,
I have just taken delivery of a new MY2005 E60 with Beige Dakota Leather, however my auto gearshit and handbrake gaiter is in black leather. The options chart seems to suggest that this should also be in beige. Anyone out there also have a MY2005 with Beige to confirm this or not before I talk to my dealer ?
Also I have notice that my dipped light are Xeons by main beams are standard lights - again is this normal.

Welcome aboard sicce. Where are you located, and which model do you have? You may be able to look in the Gallery or faq section to see automatic with Beige to compare.

I am in the UK, I have a 525d with step auto, Leather with Pro Sat Nav, CD Changer, Full electric seats, Adv Air Con, Bi-Xeons with adaptive headlights, wood, Bluetooth, Folding mirrors.

My Ride: E60 530d Sport - Carbon Black, Black Dakota Leather, Media Pack (satnav, bluetooth, CD changer), heated font seats, through load
Just checked the UK July 2004 pricelist (MY 2004 I think), which has a handy "Important Colour Linked Parts" section.
If you order Beige Dakota Leather then the gaiter colour is:
Gearshift gaiter - Beige
Manual gearshift level gaiter - Black
Automatic gearshift level gaiter, SMG - Beige
Odd that the manual gearshift is in black. But it does indicate that it should be Beige, for auto.
Handbrake handle is always black. Gaiter should be Beige though.
I guess you have a "unique" car
