MY Xenon's do not move "side to side" anymore when I first turn them on!
The Xenon's works great, light wise, but I wonder if this so many degree movement function in a curve even works any longer? :'(
Has anyone else here have the problem?
If so, how did you correct it?

They only move to the right when parked.
They only move when the switch is on auto.

Thanks Iceman for your response, but mine worked whenever I turn them on from the off position, (I have never used the AUTO)

Hi subterFUSE:
I just went and tried them again,,and the auto switch did show me they are tying to move side to side, and when I turn the switch to the auto position to the left, the barely did move.and when I tried just turning them on like I always had done before, they still did not move...I see for sure they have a problem, and I suppose its off to my BMW dealer$$$, first to try to get me a loaner, and then get them fixed at BMW USA's expense!

Presley, I'm still not convinced you have a problem.
Go out on a back road at night and drive the car. While doing this, alternate the lights from the auto position (one click counter clockwise) to the manual postition (two clicks clockwise). You should see a great difference when you move the wheel.
It sounds to me like things are working as designed...

Drive and try swerving left to right with the steering wheel.... watch the headlights move on the road in front of you. You'll see they do move.... at least, in the Auto setting. Mine don't move when in the manual setting.

Test by stopping in your garage (or somewhere similar) facing a wall with your lights on but in the non-auto position. Then crank your wheel all the way to the right and once at full lock switch to the auto-light position. If working you will see your light-pattern on the wall sweep to the right (your lights are moving and catching up to the position of the wheel).
This is how I show-off this feature on my car if someone is asking and is probably easier than trying to ascertain if they (the lights) are moving while you're underway. Just my 2-cents...

Move the wheel to full-lock in the opposite direction and observe what happens.

If you go for a night drive and find some secondary roads where you can go about 30mph and move the wheel back and forth, you'll clearly see the lights move. I think that's Presley's best bet to determine if he has a problem...
