Well I did'nt ripped the rim but I somehow slice the bottom quarter near the rear wheel well, any suggestions on how it can be repaired, I was thinking, a little sanding to smooth it out with a smear of bondo and respray..........think it will work??????

[/quote]Uh, while the link provides a great write-up on a DIY wheel scratch repair, I would honestly recommend that the original poster take the car to a professional to have it re-finished. It really isn't that easy to repaint and refinish a scratched rim ... plus, most guys charge less than $100 USD for repairs jobs of this nature and they will come to you.

I bought my 2004 used this summer. If ddkk kissed the curb with his car, then the previous owner of my car was getting pretty passionate with the curb using all 4 wheels. I saw them. Scrapes all the way around. The local dealer brought in "the wheel guy" who cleaned them up really nicely.
Of course, I kissed the curb the day after taking delivery. Still haven't told the bride about that and probably never will. $100 Canadian later and it's perfect again. It's definately worth hiring a pro to do wheel repairs.
Cheers.
