With the hidden menu on section 9.0, driving I get about 14.3v driving, would dip down as a was braking. With the engine off, voltage was 12.2v.
Last night I unhooked the battery for about an hour or two to reset everything.

Are you sure you don't have air in your system, try to bleed it facing up hill.

Bringing this thread back ...

I'm dealing with the same thing.

I had a quick yellow/red warnings of overheating that went away.
2 days later, the yellow/red came back and stayed.
Temp was 250+*, and engine was actually overheating - steaming out of the reservoir tank cap.

Replaced expansion tank and coolant temp sensor.
Ran check on water pump using INPA (runs it at 5%, 25%, 50%, and 95%) - all passed fine.
Also performed bleed process, water pump passed perfectly.
Checked fuse in globe box (#9, 60 amp) and it was not blown.

My best guess now is the water pump going out, slowly dying ... or the thermostat failed closed (but don't think they usually fail closed).
Or power supply issue ... but to me, the fact that the water pump performed fine on the INPA tests, makes me think it's getting enough power.

The info above from seanjordan20 is really helpful, in that it tells you where exactly to test for voltage to ensure power is getting there.
