My speedo is off

My speedo is off

by 3 MPH. Checked it with different sources, off by 3 each time. Any idea how to fix it?

all BMW speedo's are off on purpose. Allows for the different tire & rim combinations without ever being over. Its a legal thing in the US for them.

Well Damn! Mine is exactly the same offset. I own a BMW (9) because I expect correct and accurate. Now I have to go to bed and fret all night.
On the other hand, I now know that I don't have to pay someone 150 bucks to make a 5 minute electronic correction - whew! :-)
