My rim looks like crap

My Ride: 05' 545i Sport Sapphire Black
One of my rims has a lot of oxidation and no chemical can remove the stains on the rim. I do NOT have a full size spare. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement at a decent price or have it painted possibly?

if you go to your dealer they charge about $600-700 for a new rim ( i know because i got mine replaced on my 530i sport 18's)
