My ordered car is "EN ROUTE", can I still add HD Radio?

As the title states... I've got an 07 530i on order. The production is already complete, and the status is currently "En Route". Is it too late to add the HD Radio option at this point? Or can it easily be added to the car? I appreciate any responses.

why ask here, when you must be in contact with your dealer and he's the one that will know
