I heard shops put out orders for certain cars and the pros kwon how to tow without shaking the car or they have key codes that disable the alarms. It happend to a neighbors 7 series in MD. Police said they had been chasing a ring of high-end car thieves. They broke up one faction in MD a couple of years ago but found out the cars were being shipped around the world (middle east, africa, eastern europe, etc.).
i did the same and i always did.. i dont belive my car was towed... my car was ordered to be stolen.. i belive they had a key...
