I think the worst part about this, and situations like it, is the feeling of being invaded. Your privacy has been invaded and it's the worst feeling ever. When this happened to me, I couldn't shake it for a while. It wasn't so much what they took or if I would ever get it back, but knowing that someone came into the area for which I lived and violated that space was hard to grasp. In the end, I got everything back and then some, but it still was unsettling.

I feel so bad for you Joe. Keep your chin up buddy. It'll all work out!

Really sorry for your loss. What a gut wrenching feeling that must be. You really feel violated.

I had to remove my battery in my 6er a week ago in a Shell gas station along I95 in Georgia. Alarm does not have a backup (for awhile I thought I could not even get into trunk - but it does have key lock). I was in a panic for the two hours I was away swapping the battery. But as I came off the interstate and rounded the curve - whew there she was.

yes i called them and they said its active, but they wouldn`t say if they have a beed on the car... so im in limbo right now.... to be honest i hope they dont find it... cause i know if they do just like most of us know its not comeing back the same way i left her lastnight.... but im just going to keep it moving, keep my head high and move on.. like C said its not the fact that the car is gone.. its a peice of metel.. its the fact that some one came in my yard opened my gate and left with my car like it was nothing, and they did it with no noise no one herd anything. my spot lights where broke. my wife just called and said the 3 that lead to my yard where broke.. so i know for a fact someone was watching me. planed it out and went though with it... it like some 0-60 shit..

Sorry to hear that Joe. I'm in Spain and here now are a lot of people buying and importing BMW. When a car is stolen here, this car is export to others countries. You have a COP eye in Spain. Good Luck.
