My first post here and my first BMW!
Hello all,
I've been lurking around here for a while before registering to research these fine cars and after a few years finally decided to hunt down a decent E60 545i. I live in Ohio and the time to purchase came recently. I was lucky enough to find a very nice example in an 04 545i with 109k miles but a well documented service history in truly excellent condition. I brought it home Thursday and have spent a lot of time setting all my preferences and reading the manual. I paid a good price and feel great about the purchase thus far.
I'm too new here to post pictures but will when we get some better weather.
I don't have a ton of things planned for mods. It already has nice white halos. The previous owners must have upgraded the bulbs. The tails appear to be LED as well but not sure. If not, they look good to me. I do plan on doing an M-Tech body kit tho maybe this summer and some of the multimedia items such as the SpecDock and a Dension. I wouldn't mind a slightly more aggressive exhaust and now I'm making a list so I'll stop here

Previous owner upgraded the halos too afaik. They are very white. That is unless the xenon lights have a whiter halo than the halogen, I don't know. This is the first car I've had that is so nice it holds my modding bug at bay.
