I talk to a BMW customer relation yesterday, it was not really helpful at all. First I told them all the situations and that had happened to my car and also tell him about doing the lemon especially the last situation should be considered as a life threatening thing, then he replies "The car is in your garage right now, we cannot diagnose the problem, bring it in to the service and we can progress from there" ??? , So, I was thinking like wth, they already diagnosed all those problems and they fix them already, but it was just way too many times, and too scary! Then He said that I need to talk to the service manager and just said that I do not feel safe driving this car anymore since all of this happen, what are my options with the car. If it doesn't work out, call him back, the story is in the database already.

Wel,,,, I just talk to Service manager last friday, he was very nice, but it seems like he try to avoid talking to me about exchanging for another unit.

I was hoping that BMW NA will read my thread but I guess I'm not that lucky enough
I am with BMW of North America, LLC. I've passed this message on to a BMW NA Customer Relations Representative who will be in touch with you soon.

yep yep, I would expect the BMW to take care their customers better in the U.S. since U.S. is pretty big, but I guess it's worse than Thailand, which is a dead country right now from all those stupid strikes at the airports.
Over there, my family bought at least 4 bimmer and none of them behave like this, and I'm pretty sure the company in Thailand won't hestitate to replace the bad unit eventhough they are more expensive cuz they do care about reputations.
Did you guys really behave businesslike?

Something isn't right here!

But it's so hard to tell what it is all about, only by reading the writings...

put in here some links of what's happening in Thailand (Pakistan) and India + surroundings
