My car stopped beeping when lock/unlock all of a sudden help!!

My Ride: 05 545i Sportpackage, Mtech Body Kit
as the heading says, my 545i sport all of a sudden stopped making that chirping noise when i lock/unlock it>>>>anyone got help???

nope!!! i went there....all the boxes are check ON...i turned the all off, retarted the car...turned them all on again and still no dice

Maybe the car is in conserve mode when the battery is low. Does the tail lights flash at least?
