Nope, 2004's with SP also had the Premium Package as standard. If you don't have the original window sticker, your dealer can print out the car's options based on the VIN. Or you try and call BMWNA, they should be able to give to you as well...

I would find out for sure before jumping to conclusions and based on that go to the dealership to resolve it. If that doesnt work go directly to BMW NA about those tactics
