Well this is the second time this has happened to me after it rains for a long period of time. The left side of my car is flooded with water. It's a mystery to me. I don't understand where the water is coming from and why it's only leaking in the drivers side and left passenger side. I am thinking of making an appointment with my local bmw dealership. Does anyone have a clue? I think its coming form the heat/ac line. But I could be wrong. HELP!

Your sun-roof drains may be clogged. Do a search on how to check the drains and clean them out. I've seen a post recently, I think.

Try this thread for starters:

Good luck.

you can also check the drainage channels around the hood hinges. those can become clogged with leaves and such.
