Is my car cursed or was a bad person in a previous life ?

You guys wont believe the bad luck...
You may recall my ongoing problems with my car since getting it in July last year and the many "discussions" with the dealer.
They have since turned out to be great and we have arranged a replacement/swap car of higher spec with a very fair cash adjustment.
Got a call today to say we can to the exchange tomorrow and I will get my new car
Had to drive 60 miles to a meeting, on the way home a Landrover coming toward me towing a trailer full of 8ft wooden fence posts decided to shed its load.....RIGHT ONTO MY CAR
If I hadnt of noticed it shedding its load a few metres ahead of me I wouldnt have slowed and swerved....and the fence post that came for me would have been right through the drivers side of my windscreen!!
I know the important thing is that nobody was hurt, I am just really mad at the bad luck I have been having and as soon as there is a light at the end of the tunnel..WHAM! it strikes again.
Damage is a completely stuffed rear door and rear wheel arch panel.
BMW Insurance have been excellent by the way.
Tomorrow I have to go and have a meeting with my dealer who I guess will be perfectly within their rights to pull out of the exchange deal because my car is now accident damaged.....WHY ME

Ouch !! fingers crossed they will honour the deal since it was all the other things that led them to take the car and exchange it ................good luck, keep us posted !

Great news , congratulations . I went through a lenghty issue with my previous 550 and was rewarded with a new car for all my troubles .................there is Hope !!
