What is going on here? I can kick my tire, wave my hand inside the car when locked/armed and it never goes off. But when I unlock or lock the car I hear the beep, the doors lock/unlock, etc.... So what gives? Why doesn't the alarm go off when I'm violent with my car? heh

Maybe you dont have an alarm? Try rolling down your windows lock the car and after a minute reach into the car towards the middle... see if the motion sensor picks you up. if it does then your alarm works.

damn the humor! haha

No really, I do have an alarm, they come standard. I remember when I got the car the darn thing always worked but it go disabled. I read someplace that the key can disable the alarm somehow but no idea how to re-enable it!

I think only time your alarm would go off is if you have your car locked and you open it from the inside or the motion sensor, stock alarm never works if you kick all around your car unless you get an after market with sensors around your car.

Try seeing if the panic alarm works...just hold down the trunk open button on the fob for an extended period of time.
