Hello Guys!

I have a BMW E60 530D which was running greatly, but in the last few days, when I try to start it cold it's cracks but hardly starts. I turn the key, cranking cranking...nothing.... wait a few sec, try again, the same... after 3-6 attempts it's starts like nothing was wrong. after it's starts it's run like everything great. no sound from the engine, no check engine lite, everything fine. I thought it was the battery, so today I went to a specialist who gave me the strongest battery for this type of car, but it did the same thing.

Last month was a big service, we have changed the turbo, the water pump, thermostat, radiator, every fluid everywhere, we did an oil service, we cleaned the particle filter. for a month it was running like a dream, but after 1000km it does this. No any strange sound from the engine bay, and when it starts it goes well.

One of my friend who services car's told me it could be because I have my fuel level under 1/4 level, but it was never a problem before, I have always waited for the yellow fuel light. It has premium diesel.
