My Ride: 2004 545i TITANIUM GREY II on Black Dakota Lthr, Comfort Seats, Sports PKG, Premium PKG, Active/Dynamic Drive, NAV, Winter Package.

Since I put the snows on I'm experiencing vibration all over the car at speeds higher than 100 km. It is so bad that yesterday I was ready to go back and put my summer tires back on. I went to a tire shop and got all four balanced and they all balanced fine but the vibration still there. Any idea what could be causing this vibration? There are days that are worse than others!

Wheels are 17" replica 124s
Tire: Blizzaks WS-50
Size: 225/50R17

P.S. All four wheels were torqued.

Thanks

replica's usually need hub rings, are you using hub rings? I had some vibration before due to tire seperation in the rear tires. There could be a lot of variables just start with basic hub rings. I know there will be more inputs from members that might help solve your issue.

Is the hub ring plastic? Where can I get them? Thanks

I have a set that you can have for nothing. All you need to do is pay the shipping. I also strongly recommend balancing using the Hunter Roadforce balancing machine or equivalent.

check your wheels, it doesnt sound like it could be your tires, they are brand new.. probably as simple as a hub ring, damm replica's i swear..

I agree it is a hub ring. When I put my Axis Pentas on i got a vibration feeling in the seat. I took it back to the guy that put it on and he said it needs a hub ring. They put on the hub ring and re balanced the rim with the hub ring n boom no problem since.

I have the same problem right now but with my OEM's! My summer VMR's were smooth like butter, go and put the stock OEM's on, vibration even doing like 60km. It's very annoying.
