My 545 arrives next week!!!!!!

I want to thank everybody for all your help. I have a 2004 Audi S4 which I never really fell in love with. My transmission blew at 5K and was hit three times in the last six months (I was never driving). I had tried to break the lease last November and trade up to the A6, but was told by Audi that my buyout would be around 10 grand!! So I kept the car and have been moping around for the last 3 months. I had heard that the 5 series was coming out in AWD so I decided to go to the dealer last week and test drive the 05 530. I enjoyed it and put money down on a 530xi pre-order.
It was at that point I found your forum and have been a junky ever since. I have probably read most threads. I was scared to buy a RW drive car, but after reading all the posts became increasingly more confident. I kept weighing AWD vs. V8. I called another dealer in Albany and asked him out of curiosity if he had any 545's automatics (I'm tired of 6-speeds for now). He said he had one available: Silver, black leather, Cold weather, L7, Nav, Satellite. It was the EXACT car I would have configured. I ran up to the dealer and took it for a spin (In the snow)! ') I ran out yesterday to by a Motorola BT phone from Cingular. I'll be picking up my 2005 545i on Monday. You guys are great!!!!!!! Thanks!

Congrats and good luck !!! My 545i is produced, but not shipped. I'm still playingf the waiting game.
