Yes, it was the auxillary fan, $685 + labor = $1200. They had to remove my Dinan CAI which probably added some time. Even though it is steep, it's still less than breaking the bank for something new. Other than CCC, it's the first major repair since I've owned the car.

i had an m3 where the fuse for the aux fan blew once, and the car overheated when the car wasnt getting enough airflow.
i replaced the fuse, and all was good.
