I am going to take this TSB to them. The guy at BMW NA was rude and I wish I can take it to higher level. I will take the car to a different dealer as well as Fairfax BMW is clueless.

FYI my dealer did a MP3 upgrade last week on my 7/2004 E61. All works fine. (they already had done an upgrade of all software few weeks ago).
