MP3 play in E60

My Ride: 545i YM2005, Gray exterior beige nascar interior, tiptronic, comfort & active seats, Prof NAV, Active steering, adaptive lighting, professional car telephone, alloy wheels 18" Model 124, run flat tyres and Logic 7 sound system.
I am a new member and this is my first post
I could not get mp3 CDs to play on my new 545 which have:
- Navi Pro
- Radio Pro + Logic 7
Dealer here in Kuwait never heard about MP3 at all.
Any one can help?

Is it possiable to get the software update in the E60, if yes, how? and who?

Tell your dealer the followings:
1. Static noise from speaker appear intermittenly
2. Automatic windows rolling 3/4 of the way and rolling down by itself
etc.
You should not pay for SW update if you have problem. If you don't have problem relates to SW, don't bother to update. If you want some feature like BT, you need to pay for it because even with SW update you won't be able to get that feature unless they do extra step during SW update - retrofit.
