My Ride: E60 monacoblau metallic, steptronic, leatherette beige, xenon, business.
Hi,
Today I have taken my e60 to make a reprogramation of the BMW Business radio with single CD player because it doesn't read mp3 files. I hope they fix it and this way I can use my compilations.
Does anybody have this problem?

Mp3 is avalible with PRO Radio,. which comes with BUS NAV or PRO NAV, or as stand alone option....

The dealer cannot (will not fix it). I am still waiting for them to come back to me for two weeks now (mind you I have not been in the country).
They said it is optional extra (i.e. I should have bought the Pro Audio). The only reason I am waiting is for them is to show a gesture of good will as the car had to go in 3 times in the first 3 weeks of receiving it.
Let us all know how you get on.

Here in Portugal, Business Radio is standard and because I didn't want NAV I don't have MP3. I thought MP3 only worked with Pro Radio so this would be EXCELENT new (if it works).
