Mp3 (again)

Right i just got my car back from it being fully reprogrammed with the latest PROGMAN.
I requested Mp3 and when i was called to confirm the car was ready for collection i asked whether it had been carried out. Apparently the technical guy had said they had performed the mp3 upgrade.
My car was registered in the UK December 2004 so build date is prolly mid 04
I burnt a cd when i got home as per instructions on here.
Nothing
I pop it into the front cd drive and it just stays greyed out. I tried it in the dvd drive. Same
Is there anything im doing wrong or should i just be calling them tomorrow to ask if they actually did do it or not.

well, there have been this time, where i told the dealer to perform upgrades they said yes..i felt even the ac settings didnt change..and they returned the car without upgrading or touching the computer....
first do u feel like the car has been reprogramed. are there any changes to the settings and the way the car acts...if no then go to the link in the bottom try the second to last post...find out which version you have...if you have a new one then perhaps the they upgraded...if you have an old version maybe the dealer didnt touch the computer...

its definitly been reprogrammed.
I had a puma case opened with BMW because my screen failed. All the settings were default and the nav system was empty of any destinations. Steering wheel controls were back to defaults etc etc.
Im going to phone tomorrow and ask about it.
