Hello Gang - new to the forum. Have a 2004 - 545 I purchased last November and have noticed some moisture inside blinker section of the right headlight. Has anyone else ever seen this?
Thanks for any ideas.
Bill

I too have this problem, one of the recommendations is to put it in an oven (low heat) and let the moisture clear out. once done you remove the headlight and seal it properly and reinstall.
I have not done this yet, I don't have the tools to remove my headlight. There are two screws at the bottom that are hard to reach.

Apparently it must be a real challenge to remove the unit (headlight assembly). From what I can tell it requires removal of the bumper and a few other items.
Oh well.

Afterward, be sure the rubber gaskets or seating surfaces of the bulb holders are tightly closed. Sometimes a thin thin coating of white lube on the gasket will help seal them. That will help reduce the possibility that moist air will make its way into the headlamp housing.
