Hello all,

I have took your advice and in 3 weeks managed to transform my entire car. Here is the background.

I purchased a 535xi with sport, premium, cold weather and navigation with 38k miles 3 weeks ago. It is Gray with Gray and Black interior. I have owned denali's, s4's and an rs4 and this car is my favorite...Yes even more than my rs4 (fast but not as nice)(pic below)

I thought I would include in this post pics of my previous cars and modding as well as where this one is going. the 535 xi is getting the following treatment Monday:

M5 kit from Trinity (front bumper,rear bumper m tec style and side skirts)
black kidney's with chrome levers
brabus203amg's full light package , fogs, angels and interiors
20% tint all the way around except front
rdsport spoiler (thanks to member eurocar for professional transaction)
updated Nav DVD to 2010 (thank you to another forum member)
m6 miro's staggered with 35 and 33 offset (thank you member jerzee)
Calipers painted dark gray or silver

This bug always hits me when I get cars like this...Here are my last cars that I modified so you know how I usually do it...(No audi bashing please)

2005 s4 - full exhaust, chip, custom carbon fiber, nav retro fit, tint, Intake etc.. 12.4 1/4 mile

2003 Denali - 24 MOZ, nav retro fit, hids, escalade racks, roll pan, painted black plastic, clear signals, etc.

2007 RS4 - Full exhaust motor back (yes we tilted the engine), chip remap, intake 12.0 1/4 mile faster on a curved road

Just tint and wheels so far



Thank you for spending all of my money. Please do not make me spend more...and I am not interested in lowering my car - I live in Pittsburgh the town is basically built on a pothole.

I really loved the rs4 but it really didn't do it for me. A lot of people thought it was an a4 and not that I am hung up on superficial stereotypes, it got on my nerves. Plus, I drive a lot, 800 miles per week. A stick was getting on my nerves. If the RS4 had a better entertainment unit and auto with finger shift like the lambo, I would have went for it. Plus, I hit a racoon at 80 on the turnpike and the repairs were over 4500. I didnt want to turn it into insurance because the car would have had a poor carfax, so I decided to sell it. Paid 42k, drove it for 9 months, sold it for 43k sight unseen on ebay. God Bless America.

Think about this, Im in this car for 10k less and although it doesnt perform, it is overall going to be nicer.
