It looks like this rebate is limited to the participating retailers. NAPA is not listed in participating retailers or in the excluded retailers. I will send it and see what happens (if they don't accept, I only loose the stamp price). Even without the rebate, $5.99/qt price is good anyway.

Agree, it also says on that form "Not valid on purchases made at nonparticipating retailers including Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts or Pep Boys" Napa not listed so you could be lucky...
