"Minimum Recommended PSI" for Dunlop Thumpflats

My Ride: '04 545iS 6 spd, bought new via eBay, 11/05; Blk/Gry, Cold, L7, PDC, BMW Rear seatcover for pets.
First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.

I returned to my summer tires this week, but with one caveat: "Minimum recommended PSI inflation."
I got the car back, and there is scarcely any harsh ride difference from the standard Semperit snow tires (as opposed to last fall's rock-hard ride).
Thus, I would recommend that you instruct your dealer to set up your Thumpflats at the "minimum RECOMMENDED pressure." That way, we are within the bounds of warranty, yet we can keep our teeth and everything else from being rattled to death. I haven't measured the PSI, as I don't have a good gauge, but if you are at the dealer, just give them those instructions.

I found the thread on the tire pressure change. I think it happened between MY04 and MY05...
