04 with 69k, bought the car with 41k in May of last year. I'm thinking of selling the car and buying a car with less miles. I drive alot to work.

Phil, what's the logic on that? I mean, you are still going to put a lot of mileage on the car because of work, why not just run this car into the ground and then start fresh again? You will never get back your "investment" anyway, regardless of the mileage, so just think of all the money you will be saving by not having a car payment. Just my $ .02

I averanged about 6,750+/- miles a year- seems like youo're at about 6,000 a year. Yep- you're gonna be hard to beat.
I live in Texas, and we have so much, so close by- there's no real reason to go a long way from the house for anything... Except to hop a plane at D/FW or Love Field.
This car makes you want to drive it though. My wife drives it the most- and she's already put 3,000 miles on it, in less than 3 months.

04 with 97k miles on it.
Driving it alot recently from Dublin to Limerick and Dublin to Donegal.
Next month I have to go to Cork and back and Derry and Back so I'll be hitting the 100k in 4 weeks or so and thats including 2 weeks in Portugal sunning my bum.
The car is running perfectly though. I even use it for stop start usage of 1 mile every morning where it sits at a train station all day until I drive it 1 mile home in the evening.
no battery problems in 1 year doing that 5 days a week.
