In Detroit, New York, Washington D.C., LA and in some large European cities you just must not drive into certain areas.
As a white man I do have some experiences in the above named cities + Paris, France.

I'm brown and a detroit native. Plus this was in the burbs - ive been held up at gunpoint before and now pack a toaster everywhere.
