Welcome to the land of BS lawsuits and whiney consumers. Here, if you are an absolute mornon and get something or someone caught in your window going up and something negative happens as a result. That will quickly turn into "my key was in my pocket and must have triggered the window up function and caught my girlfriends arm in the window." Now I need $10,000 so we can somehow deal with the emotional stress. What's worse is our legal system would probably award the loser too.
So here when any function of any product could result in some idiot taking advantage of it for these types of reasons, we won't get it. Man we suck in a lot of aspects....

OMG u guys and your law suites LOL
although uks getting pretty bad now u see alot of claim direct and layers 4 you and about 20 other claim adverts on sky now very sick
and iv noticed on alot of other car forums im on the second some one posts about a crash nearly every other comment is a CLAIM CLAIM CLAIM FOR WHIPLASH CLAIM FOR BAD BACK CLAIM FOR THIS CLAIM FOR THAT
makes me sick
worst bit is, they then all go on to moan there car insurance is high?? OF COURSE ITS FUCKING HIGH COZ U TWATS KEEP CLAIMING FOR SHIT U DONT NEED!

I saw an attorney commercial the other day that said: "if you have an accident, call us, even it if was your fault, we'll get you money". Come on..... we need an urgent constitution reform. But then we'll need to figure out what to do with all the parasites lawyers, maybe write books about the absurd cases they won
