Hi, Have an 04 530i, I know this sounds stupid but my Seats seem to loose their memory settings. I noticed it recently when using valet key, seat would not return to my memory setting when I used my regualr key again??? Is the memory linked to the IDrive, if so, may have been wiped out since I have to reset IDrive monthly or more. NAV freezes up.
Any ideas, or should I go the dealer route??

Never lost seat memory, except when, over a year ago, the dealer unplug the battery for 10-15 days .

I see alot of these posts from BMW NA Customer Relations and was wondering if anyone does get in touch and if so is the issue resolved in a satisfactory way?
