BMW broke nine records on the French Miramas' circuit with the new prototype equipped with hydrogen engine.
The maximum speed reached was 300,19 km/h; according BMW the highest possible speed is 302,4 km/h.
HR2 uses an evolution of the 760i engine (V12 6.0 litres); it is able to provide 285 hp and 6 secs 0-100 km/h.
In the BMW roadmap a dual fuel/hydrogen serie 7 is not so far to appear in our streets.
