Hi I’m new and this is my first bmw so I’m pretty confused I’ve been searching for an aftermarket radio I know I have the 2005 525 base model with MASK idrive without nav or aux but any radios I’m finding only say CCC or CIC. I’m guessing I’d need to get the CCC but my question is will it work ? Or do I need to find a MASK type ? Are the plugs and everything the same ? Could I still use my steering wheel buttons and other things? Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice it’s greatly appreciated 🤙🏼

 

M-ASK & CCC are together when buying aftermarket. The other questions depend on what you're looking to purchase but I've never seen sterling wheel not work. If it is compatible it should work. Also if it's an Android unit you're looking at the AUX has to be coded for it to work correctly
