Malfunctions AFS and DSC

Hi,
BMW service replaced on my vacantion location the Battery of my 3 and a half year old 530d. After that I noticed malfunction with the AFS. A thew way home a dealer reset the system and form weeks the problem didn't show up. After a service the Malfunction AFS and DSC appear.
After a visite the cost are nearly $2000.
BMW won't give any warrenty or coulance.
After this a get a bad taste.
Did someone had the same problem ?
