From the list Leese posted, I honestly don't think it's worth it for $ 2.2K. Most of those are DIY job or you can have an indy shop do it for you. If you prefer to have the service performed at a BMW dealership, I still think it would cost less than 2.2K for the 2 year period. Lots of dealers have service special each month.

If you just look at the list of what's covered it looks great but if you take into account the extended service intervals its really not.
For instance the spark plug change is done at 100k so you'll only get one spark plug change out of the program.
Brake fluid is done every 30K or 2 years.
Air and cabin filters I believe is 15-20k
Oil changes 15k
Brakes pads/rotors whenever they are worn.

Thanks for the input. I have a friend that works in the service department and he is the one that is pushing it on me? I guess I will have to talk with him after all this input and see why he thinks I should do it.
