Members here have had the 14816 installed on their 45's, it has dual 3.5" tips (looks nice). I went to a shop around the area today to see if this was possible, guy quoted me $240 for everything. He also pointed out that the 4" piping from the exhaust will have to be fitted to fit the 2.5" piping of the Magnaflow 14816.

Figured this wouldn't be a big problem since I've had my resonators straight-piped (all 4 of them), also read somewhere that the 45's like to have some backpressure. So if anything, you'll be increasing backpressure with the 14816.

To counter the 4" to 2.5" piping, he mentioned that he could put in some 7" exhaust from Magnaflow, it's a round exhaust vs. the oval exhaust of the 14816...sounded way too extreme for me.

i just matched oem piping size its not the pipe size that restricts the flow of air but the rear catalytic convertor and muffler if uve gone underneath the car u would see the catalytic convertor is a huge restriction

You may want to do a search on Magnaflow in the forums. I recall that highway droning and loss of HP were issues.

im not really doing it for the sound although a little better sound will be nice. There may be a slight loss in HP but the OEM muffler ways a ton like 50 pounds the magnaflow will save me 25 pounds which will increase speed.
