MAF SENSOR

i have a 2004 e60 and i was able 2 take the torque screws out and clean my maf sensor still connected 2 the wire housing, but i just purchased a new maf sensor and im having trouble trying to figure out how 2 disconnect the wiring from the maf sensor it self... cananyone help???

Most sensors are usually connected to a wire pack that has a tab attached to secure it. Just look for the tab, gently pry it open with a blade screwdriver and pull/wiggle the connector free.

Try posting a picture if this doesn't help.

ty.. i went out there and figured it out,but i appreciate the help..and im happy theres a forum like this 4 help
