MaF attack
 

hello, so my m54 525i is having some difficulty breathing. When the maf is plugged in the car starts going crazy, nearly stalling, making borrrific noises.
When the maf is unplugged the car will drive good enough but you can tell its not 100% happy.
i get the usual maf codes.

Things ive tried

TWO mafs and spray.
Tried replacing the yaw sensor aswell because i had some faults there. havent rescanned yet. any ideas what to try next? i guess i could check fuses any other ideas?
