Just picked up a daily E60 in Boston / NH and I'm *super* stoked about everything BMW since it's been so long. The familiar orange glow, the smell, the turn in, chimes.. and of course, electrical problems.
I'd like to offer me and my 'shoot services' for some help with relearning coding BMW's, and getting me started on my E60. I have a solid christmas tree on my dash with repairs on standby contingent upon finding out specifically what's wrong with my car.
I have managed to successfully install and use INPA in the past, but I remember it took several weeks for me to cobble together a functioning platform on my macbook bootcamp install. I tried for the last several days to figure it all out again- not happening.
Instead, what I hoped to do was make a new friend (or two) and offer my services for your recently acquired knowledge!
Really just an excuse for a new bromance with any and all bimmerheads that are willing to have me
here are just a few shots of some past cars I dug up so you could have an idea of what you're in for.
