IMO, this is beast mode
Maybe its mod time, modified the existing bumper to another level

Your best bet is to get the diffuser first, then choose the tips to fit. You have a lot of options on tips, but you can't really do much once you get the diffuser.

I believe you choices for the REAR BUMPER are M5 or MTech, unless you go with another after market system. The M5Tech I believe only applies to the front bumper with fogs instead of air ducts. I'm not aware of a M5Tech REAR bumper...
If you go with the M5 rear bumper, it comes with dual openings for the quad exhaust, so nothing else is needed.
If you go with MTech rear bumper, it comes with a single outlet like you currently have. If you want quad exhaust you will need to purchase a separate diffuser with dual openings. I believe there is already a link in this post directing you to one on ebay. You might get lucky and find one from the vendors on here. The price seems to be 200 + depending on where you locate it.
As for the exhaust tips, I have 3" duals on mine (MTech) and I personally know of someone who has the same on their M5 bumper as well, so there is enough room. I don't recommend going any larger than this, but you can always try and fit something larger in there. Just be aware of the heat risks and possible damage that could occur if you get too close.
2.25 piping seems to be the norm for running the duals.

Thanks for the info. I am getting m5replica rear for quad tips. I have seen others going as big as 3.5 tips total of 7.5 width and not melting their apron. I think 3.5 tips size will look better than 3 inch.
