My Ride: 2004 545i TITANIUM GREY II on Black Dakota Lthr, Comfort Seats, Sports PKG, Premium PKG, Active/Dynamic Drive, NAV, Winter Package.

Any ideas on how I can fix it? Is there a DIY that I can look at? I searched the DIY but could not find anything with pictures or directions for installation. There's a good one for the rear bumper but not the front....

I have seen some Mtech bumper which only has 4 screws to hold it up. :thumbsdown:

sorry wish I can help out but no I dont have a DIY
maybe go back to the body shop to fix it.

That is what I was thinking, I watched them do the install on my front bumper and it went right in. They didn't have to modify anything, seems weird that they had to "shave" off some of the foam behind the bumper.

DIY? Sorry, no. Looks to me like you're going to have to have an installer remove the bumper, replace the foam, and put the bumper back on.

Exactly, it just went right in without any modification on mine.
