M5 front bumper on non-M5

Anyone know if you can put an M5 bumper on a non-m5 e60 without changing the fenders? If so, can someone let me know what it takes to be done?

to answer you question, it has been done. What does it entail? i do not know.
I would like to know too. I like the m5 bumper better than the m-tech.

but anand, didn't u just get new bumper to start with?

You just need the M5 brackets. It's not going to be a perfect fit but it's close.

If you want full M5 bumpers, you will need the M5 fenders otherwise get a M tech but with M5 rear bumper will fit perfectly for non-m5.

I had an unfortunate fender bender last night, so I was either going to go m-tech again or go M5.

get the m5 i think it looks a little better IMHO.
