M5 badging on a E60 question.

Since most of us don't like people putting M5 badging on a non M5 car, here is a thought. What if you put a E39 M5 motor into a E60. Do you put a M5 badge on it then.

It's still not an emmy, just has an Emmy enigne.

I wouldn't bother anymore, but when I put an 3.2l M3 engine into my old 325, I didn't put an //M on the trunk. I did, however, replace the badge with a homemade 332 badge.... no //M anywhere except the brake calipers (which came from an M3).
