Default M47 engine wobble after warmed up/reved

I’m having trouble with solving the issues with my 2007 e60 m47 engine

yesterday I was driving at high revs and once I slowed down it began to judder (I think misfire). The engine was wobbling the entire car so I left the car over night too cool, and by morning it had gone back to normal. I revved the engine to 3k+ Later on in the day and the engine began wobbling again. I’m not sure was is wrong with it and if anything needs to be changed or if it needs a good run with an engine cleaner.

ps I’ve just topped up the oil and water since the car has just had a full service.

Thankyou, I’m new to the car scene sorry for lack of knowledge.

It would be nice to have you pull a fault code off the ECU using ISTA or INPA (which may point us in the right direction).

@Devcss Codes, codes,codes... we need your diagnostics codes.

I'm not into INPA / ISTA which are great tools, I just went and bought a BMW Code Reader.

Things it could be:

1. Battery
2. Vacuum leak
3. Coils
4. Plugs
5. Injectors

That's just a quick off top of my head. You need to post codes for any reasonable help because it could be anything.

This is a diesel, so I think that we can rule out the usual suspects i.e. coils and plugs. Not sure that vacuum leaks apply much to diesels, since they run on excess air all of the time and small leaks won't affect them as much.
