yes, we in the US have sport suspension with ARS/DD, lowered, stiffer, etc,.... but in UK, your sport is actually M-sport, which is m-tuned suspension..

My Ride: 2006 530i Sport Silver Gray - Black Leather - Anthracite Maple Manual Transmission Premium Audio Cold Weather Package Rear sunshade Sirius Radio Autobahnd Roadblock (3M) film kit

US 530i Sport (18" wheels RunFlats) does .90g on the skidpad. That's more grip than most people would be comfortable exploiting. If you want a track car, buy an Elise.

Claims that Dynamic Drive reduces "feel" are preposterous and contradict all reputable professional assessments. The system is simply an active rollbar system.

I think that the M sport supension, and in fact it's not only me, BMW thinks so, is the most hardcore sport supension out of them all...except of course the suspension from the M5. Period.

So the US sport package also has different shocks, springs and ARS\DD. Are the shocks and springs the same as the M-Sport package?

Maybe someone could find out what the part numbers for M-Sport shocks and springs, and then compare them to the US spec sport package shocks and springs

My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!

I saw a side by side pic of a M sport car and another car with ARS/DD suspension. The M sport suspension was lower.
