I'll try to explain, I have adaptive xenons but that doesn't matter I guess. There are four modes for headlights on LCI E60:

3, the first mode on the left: Automatic mode + adaptive xenons ON, low output angel eyes + eyebrows + xenons if it's dark outside, high output angel eyes, no xenons and no eyebrows when it's bright outside.
0, the second mode in the middle: completely off or angel eyes always on if daylight lighting is turned on in iDrive, no eyebrows
1, the third mode, further to the right: angel eyes with lower output + eyebrows. These should be called "parking lights"
2, the latest mode on the right: Xenons on, adaptive lights OFF (?), angel eyes and eyebrows on low output

It seems complicated but it makes sense. Now here's the deal. It is beyond me why the output is so low when angel eyes + eyebrows are on no matter the mode.

When only angel eyes are on, they are BRIGHT. But in all other modes or with the eyebrows on, it's on the low output mode, almost invisible.

What gives?

which mode do you guys use to get that "bad ass" angel eyes + eyebrows look WHILE maintaining the high light output?
