A few months ago in cold weather, I experienced the reduced fan function that saved on the battery charge. The fan function returned to normal the next day.

Today, I got a low battery warning briefly that cleared on its own.

Just wondering, am I'm going to be stuck somewhere with no startup due to a dead battery. Should I wait to replace the battery until I get a persistent low battery warning...

If you have the original battery in the car (now approaching 6 years old!), I'd replace it to be on the safe side...
